Red Bluff won the last time they faced Shasta and things went their way on Friday too. The Red Bluff Spartans walked away with a 58-46 victory over the Shasta Wolves.

Bryce Owens was his usual excellent self, going 9-for-11 en route to 21 points and six boards. Kayden Leaf was another key player, putting up ten points.

Several Wolves players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Julian Turner, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Daniel Conner, who put up nine points.

Red Bluff has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points over those games. As for Shasta, they dropped their record down to 12-16 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Red Bluff and Shasta are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Red Bluff will host Corning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shasta, they will challenge Pleasant Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
