Baseball Recap: Havre de Grace Takes a Loss

Havre de Grace had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 1-9 to make it ten. They fell just short of the Bohemia Manor Eagles by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 7-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

As for Bohemia Manor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.1 runs over those games.

For Bohemia Manor's part, Logan Hall looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Hall has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Bohemia Manor saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Valle, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

As of now, neither Havre de Grace nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
