Soccer Recap: Colquitt County Comes Up Short

Colquitt County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Camden County Wildcats, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Colquitt County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 251st, while Camden County are ranked 41st).

Colquitt County's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Camden County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

Coming up, Colquitt County will square off against Veterans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Camden County, they will challenge Frederica Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
