Softball Recap: Warren Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Warren can now relate to. They came up short against the Whittier Christian Heralds on Saturday, falling 9-3. If the Bears were looking for revenge after losing 7-1 to the Heralds when the teams met back in February of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bella Gonzalez was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and three RBI.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Whittier Christian, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-8-1.

As of now, neither Warren nor the Heralds have any future games scheduled.
