Volleyball Recap: Upper Merion Area Comes Up Short

Upper Merion Area saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Freedom Patriots.

When it comes to explaining why Upper Merion Area lost, don't look at Valeria Paneto. Despite the final result, she had 20 digs and one assist. Paneto is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 16 games she's played dating back to last season.

The Patriots are facing the Olympians at the right time seeing as the Olympians are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
