Basketball Recap: Fultondale Takes Down Dora in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Fultondale rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top against the Dora Bulldogs by a score of 57-50. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in January, they had to take a 40-39 loss.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was JP Carulli, who made all 5 shots he took to post 13 points along with six boards and four steals. That's the most points Carulli has posted since back in December of 2024. Cleveland Jones was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds.

Fultondale's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-15. As for Dora, they now have a losing record at 15-16.

As of now, neither Fultondale nor Dora have any future games scheduled.
