TAPPS Six-Man Division I District 4 (6 Man) recap Oct. 16, 2012

Geneva extended the longest winning streak in TAPPS Six-Man Division I District 4 (6 Man) this week by beating Lutheran, 47-0. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.

Bracken Christian suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after beating Gustine. The Warriors had been ranked 20th, but fell to 32.

Winston's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Reagan Gray has thrown for 592 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while John "Drew" Gray has 20 catches for 270 yards. Saion Peterson leads the league in rushing with 885 yards.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Winston takes on Bracken Christian. The Eagles' offense has racked up 255 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Warriors have allowed only 152 on the year.

A big matchup in TAPPS Six-Man Division I District 4 (6 Man) this week will be when Winston takes on Bracken Christian. Mark Hambrick's team is currently in third, while the Warriors are in second.

Bracken Christian led the league in scoring this week after putting up 98 points on the Tigers.
