Baseball Recap: High Tech NC Triumphs

While High Tech NC's victory against Bayfront Charter wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raptor narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Sharks 7-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-0 back in April.

Aiden Butler was excellent, going 1-for-4 with four stolen bases. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Rowan Marx, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for High Tech NC and bumps their season record up to 13-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Bayfront Charter, they dropped their record down to 3-12 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

As of now, neither High Tech NC nor the Sharks have any future games scheduled.
