Basketball Recap: Bethel Assembly Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Bethel Assembly Christian Academy lost against Victory Christian back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bethel Assembly Christian Academy Eagles fell 51-43 to the Victory Christian Eagles. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Bethel Assembly Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Peyton Liverman, who went 6 for 10 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Morris, who posted eight points along with 11 rebounds and three blocks.

Bethel Assembly Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Victory Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bethel Assembly Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on Bethel Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
