Durango is 8-2 against Pagosa Springs since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Demons will head out on the road to challenge the Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Meanwhile, Pagosa Springs lost 3-0 to Alamosa on Thursday. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Mean Moose recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-9.

Durango's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Pagosa Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Everything went Durango's way against Pagosa Springs in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Durango made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Demons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
