Lathrop lost to Sitka back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Lathrop Malemutes put the hurt on the Sitka Wolves with a sharp 55-32 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Malemutes.

Lathrop now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Sitka, they moved to 3-1 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
