Soccer Recap: Foothill Tech Takes a Loss

Foothill Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Bishop Diego Cardinals. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Foothill Tech couldn't quite close it out.

Foothill Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Bishop Diego, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-2-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Foothill Tech is set to face off against their familiar foe Dunn at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bishop Diego will square off against rival Cate at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
