Soccer Recap: Four Straight Home Victories for Faith Christian

Faith Christian took a six-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Quad Cities Christian, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Falcons never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Tuesday. The result kept Faith Christian happy, as they haven't lost a game since September 18th.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Hunter Ortgiesen, who's now up to three this season.

Faith Christian's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Quad Cities Christian, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-2.
