Basketball Recap: Apache Junction Comes Up Short

Apache Junction lost against Globe two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Apache Junction Prospectors took a 51-36 bruising from the Globe Tigers. The Prospectors just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Despite the loss, Apache Junction still got an impressive performance from Isabella Winn, who posted 33 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Those 33 points gave Winn a new career-high.

Apache Junction's record is now 2-15. As for Globe, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-19.

As of now, neither Apache Junction nor Globe have any future games scheduled.
