Volleyball Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Joseph Flyers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Flyers when the teams met back in August of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lexington's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for St. Joseph, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Lexington has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against El Campo on the 15th. As for St. Joseph, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Victoria West on the 15th.
