Baseball Recap: Anthony Comes Up Short

Anthony was the 13-10 winner over Kermit when they last played one another back in April of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell 5-1 to the Yellow Jackets on Saturday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Anthony's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Kermit, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-12.

Coincidentally, Anthony and Kermit will both be playing Presidio the next time they take the field. The Yellow Jackets will host the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
