Bankston Walters turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over four innings pitched. He was dominant the last time he took on St. Joseph Catholic back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Walters also tossed no walks, which is notable because Presbyterian Christian is 10-3 when he allows at most two walks, but 9-10 otherwise.

Walters' effort led Presbyterian Christian over St. Joseph Catholic and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bobcats are a perfect 7-0 against the Bruins going back to April of 2024, a lead they'll look to extend.
