Volleyball Recap: Central Crossing Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Central Crossing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pickerington North Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 11th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-8, 25-10.

Courtney Brothers paced Central Crossing's offense, picking up four kills. Brothers got some help from Alexis Rose-Payne and her ten assists.

Central Crossing's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Pickerington North, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7.

Central Crossing wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Cristo Rey on the 1st. As for Pickerington North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Grove City on the 2nd.
