The matchup between Glenrock and Wright on Friday hardly resembled the 31-21 effort from their previous meeting. The Glenrock Herders fell just short of the Wright Panthers by a score of 69-67. One positive for the Herders, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wright to victory, but perhaps none more so than Briana Meza, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds. Meza continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Jocelyn Umiker was another key player, dropping a double-double with 18 points and ten boards.

Glenrock is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10. As for Wright, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Coming up, Glenrock will face off against Newcastle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wright, they have already played their next matchup, a 58-53 defeat against Wind River on the 7th.
