HomeSchool Resource Center's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the City Baptist School Overcomers as they made off with a 7-0 win. It was an even better day for Griffin Zarris as he scored three goals for his team.

HomeSchool Resource Center's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for City Baptist School, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

HomeSchool Resource Center has already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Illinois C on the 29th. Hopefully City Baptist School paid attention to the Patriots' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Patriots at 5:15 p.m. on September 9.
