Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Granite Bay walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 49-7 victory over the Chavez Titans. The Grizzlies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Isaiah Ene had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 201 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 61 yards and one TD. He has become a key player for Granite Bay: the team is 7-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Darnell Turner was another key player, picking up 106 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Chavez, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.
