Volleyball Recap: Marin Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Marin Christian Academy lost against Victory Christian Academy back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Marin Christian Academy fell just short of Victory Christian Academy by a score of 3-2. While Marin Christian Academy didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating Victory Christian Academy 25-21 in the first set.

Marin Christian Academy took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-20, 16-25, 25-22, 15-6.

Marin Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Victory Christian Academy, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-8.

Looking ahead, Marin Christian Academy will welcome Summerfield Waldorf at 5:45 p.m. on October 1. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will face off against Credo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
