Soccer Game Preview: Cicero Prep Academy vs. Wickenburg

The Cicero Prep Academy Centurions are taking a road trip to take on the Wickenburg Wranglers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Cicero Prep Academy is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They fell just short of Tempe Prep by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Centurions have lost by just one goal.

Their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

As for Wickenburg, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (3-6), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

Cicero Prep Academy suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Wickenburg in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Can Cicero Prep Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
