Football Game Preview: West Forsyth Wolverines vs. Alpharetta Raiders + How To Watch

The West Forsyth Wolverines will venture away from home to face off against the Alpharetta Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

West Forsyth is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering North Atlanta just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Friday. They took a hard 31-17 fall against the Warriors. The matchup marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Alpharetta's game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against North Forsyth, falling 28-7.

West Forsyth's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-2. As for Alpharetta, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Everything came up roses for West Forsyth against Alpharetta in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-21 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
