Volleyball Recap: Powers Catholic Comes Up Short

Powers Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Lakewood Vikings.

Powers Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lakewood, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Powers Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Almont on the 23rd. As for Lakewood, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Bishop Foley on the 23rd.
