Hoffman Estates entered their tilt with Niles Notre Dame on Saturday with 12 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 13. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Dons 62-60. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 50-36 win the Dons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2019.

Hoffman Estates' victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Niles Notre Dame, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.
