Aaliyah Medina Game Report: vs St. Mary's Academy

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Aaliyah Medina stepped things up a notch to give St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy the 'W'. Medina was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Medina and St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy will head out on the road to square off against St. Genevieve at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy hasn't beaten St. Genevieve recently, having gone 0-10 since May of 2016.
