Irvine is a perfect 3-0 against Brea Olinda since December of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Irvine picked up another tournament win on Monday. They put the hurt on Rancho Alamitos with a sharp 55-32 win. Irvine hasn't had any issues with Rancho Alamitos recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Brea Olinda got the win against Calvary Chapel on Monday by a conclusive 80-57.

Irvine better keep an eye on Logan Severson. He was instrumental in Brea Olinda's win, going 10-for-14 from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points. Those 30 points gave Severson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brysen Byrnes, who posted 13 points and three steals.

Irvine now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Brea Olinda, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
