Lindbergh entered their tilt with Chief Sealth on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 18-17 W against the Seahawks.

Hailey Rasmussen made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going 4-for-5 with three stolen bases, seven RBI, and two triples. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March.

In other batting news, Kaylee Lovison was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Haley Yount also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Lindbergh's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Chief Sealth, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 7-7 record.

Lindbergh has already played their next matchup, an 11-0 victory against Foster on the 23rd. As for Chief Sealth, they will head out to face off against Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
