Basketball Recap: Cambridge Christian vs. Prior Lake Christian Royals
Cambridge Christian played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt an 84-56 defeat at the hands of the Prior Lake Christian Royals. Cambridge Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-25.
Prior Lake Christian was led to victory by Elijah Wilson and Noah Morgan. Wilson dropped a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds, while Morgan went 8 of 15 on his way to 22 points in addition to seven boards and five blocks. Wilson is crushing it when it comes to points: he's scored at least 19 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Micah Lindsey, who posted five points along with 11 boards and three steals.
The win (which was Prior Lake Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 8-3.
