Basketball Recap: Creston Takes a Loss

Creston suffered their biggest defeat since December 11, 2025 on Thursday. They lost 73-49 to the Kuemper Knights. The Panthers have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Creston's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Kuemper, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 18-3.

Coming up, Creston won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Clarinda at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Kuemper does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
