Recap: Erie Red Devils vs. Sedan Devils
The Erie Red Devils can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 44-25 win over Sedan. That's another feather in the cap for Erie, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Alexandra Pasquarelli was her usual excellent self, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Jacksen Powell, who scored eight points along with four steals and two blocks.
Erie's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Sedan, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Erie will square off against Eureka at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Eureka has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 275 points over their last four matches. As for Sedan, they will head out on the road to take on South Haven at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Haven will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something Sedan surely won't give up without a fight.
