It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crest can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Olpe Eagles on Saturday. The Lancers' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Olpe scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20.

Crest now has a losing record of 16-17. As for Olpe, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 28-12 record this season.

Crest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Olpe, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Little River on the 25th.
