Softball Recap: Memphis Cyclones vs. Crosbyton Chiefs
Memphis lost against Crosbyton back in February of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Memphis Cyclones came up short against the Crosbyton Chiefs, falling 16-9.
Memphis dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Crosbyton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.
Looking ahead, Memphis will be taking part in a tournament against Lockney on Friday. As for Crosbyton, they will welcome Borden County at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
