Basketball Game Preview: Three Way vs. Gorman Panthers

Three Way hasn't had much luck against Gorman recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Three Way will challenge the Gorman Panthers at 6:15 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 60-20, which was the final score in Three Way's tilt against Bynum on Tuesday. Three Way has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after a string of nine wins, Gorman's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of Ozona by a score of 35-33.

Three Way's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Gorman, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-3.

Three Way took a serious blow against Gorman in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 75-9. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Three Way was down 45-3.
