Football Recap: Mt. Vernon's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Mt. Vernon won the last time they faced Parkview and things went their way on Friday too. The Mountaineers enjoyed a cozy 21-7 win over the Vikings. Given the Mountaineers' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while the Vikings are ranked 203rd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
