Pilot Storylines

* Johnson is back after a successful inaugural campaign, bringing some much-needed stability to the program. The Pilots are 127-10 (.927) over the past four years despite having four different head coaches.

* Howard is in his first season at Findlay Prep after putting up 32.4 points per game as a sophomore at Perry (Gilbert, Ariz.). Over the summer he earned a spot on USA Basketball's U16 National Team, helping the team win a gold medal in Argentina.

* Since rolling out the ball for the first time in 2006, Findlay Prep has produced eight NBA Draft picks: Anthony Bennett (2013), Avery Bradley (2010), Nick Johnson (2014), Cory Joseph (2011), DeAndre Liggins (2011), Kelly Oubre (2015), Tristan Thompson (2011) and Rashad Vaughn (2015).
