Basketball Game Preview: Laurel Locomotives vs. East Helena Vigilantes

The Laurel Locomotives will square off against the East Helena Vigilantes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Laurel comes in on four and East Helena on three.

Meanwhile, East Helena beat Butte Central Catholic 71-59 on Tuesday.

East Helena pushed their record up to 7-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points per game. As for Laurel, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Things could have been worse for Laurel, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-44 loss to East Helena in their previous matchup back in January.
