Basketball Recap: Prairie City/Burnt River Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Prairie City/Burnt River can now relate to. The matchup between Prairie City/Burnt River and the Union Bobcats didn't end well, with Prairie City/Burnt River falling 53-34. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Union this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-34 back in December of 2024.

Prairie City/Burnt River's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Union, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.
