With a playoff win on the line, Taylor County rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They secured a 66-62 W over the Trion Bulldogs. The Vikings are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 13 straight.

Taylor County pushed their record up to 22-3 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Trion, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-9.

Coming up, Taylor County will take on McIntosh County Academy on Saturday. Taylor County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully McIntosh County Academy likes a good challenge. Trion does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
