Citrus Valley won the last time they faced Redlands and things went their way on Tuesday too. Citrus Valley walked away with a 7-4 win over Redlands. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blackhawks.

Jake Clark looked comfortable as he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Citrus Valley's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Bline, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI Bline has posted since back in April of 2024. Adrien Candelaria also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Citrus Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Redlands, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Citrus Valley will take on Beaumont at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Redlands, they will welcome Cajon at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cajon will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Redlands surely won't give up without a fight.
