Football Game Preview: Chiles Timberwolves vs. Tate Aggies + Official Tickets

Two dominant backs in Gerald Clark and Tanner Clark are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Chiles Timberwolves will head out to square off against the Tate Aggies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chiles will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Chiles is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 28-7 margin over Land O' Lakes. The Timberwolves' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Chiles' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jeremiah Cadet, who rushed for 72 yards, and also caught one score. Gavin Ford was another key signal caller, throwing for 104 yards and a pair of TDs.

Chiles' run defense was locked in: Land O' Lakes could only muster 2.3 yards per carry. The team can thank Alex Assantes for the heroic effort on defense: he. Chiles didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged eight.

Chiles didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Javyion Wilson, Assantes, and Mason McCants picked up one apiece. McCants has been hot for a while, having also posted five or more total tackles the last 13 times he's played.

Meanwhile, Tate sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 21-19 win over Bartram Trail on Thursday.

Chiles better keep an eye on Laquarius Bradford. He was instrumental in Tate's win, rushing for 101 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries. Bradford really tore up the turf during one magnificent 82-yard run.

Chiles' record is now 8-4. As for Tate, their record now sits at 9-3.
