Emmett waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 36-23 victory over the Vallivue Falcons. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 47-26 victory two weeks ago.

Emmett's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Natalie Goslin, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards. That makes it three consecutive games in which Goslin has scored at least a third of Emmett's points. Another player making a difference was Ryllie Smith, who posted ten points.

The victory got Emmett back to even at 11-11. As for Vallivue, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.

Emmett wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 58-29 loss against Bishop Kelly on the 8th. Vallivue does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
