Volleyball Recap: Calallen Triumphs

Calallen saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Huntsville Hornets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Their offense was headlined by Taylor Paredez and Grace Martinez, who picked up five kills apiece. Martinez really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 18.

Calallen's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Huntsville, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Calallen didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Industrial on the 15th. As for Huntsville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Incarnate Word Academy on the 15th.
