Baseball Recap: AHSTW Takes a Loss

AHSTW was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Tri-Center Trojans, falling 16-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-2 on Thursday.

AHSTW's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Tri-Center, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

AHSTW has already played their next game, a 9-3 defeat against Underwood on the 27th. As for Tri-Center, they will be playing at home against Woodbury Central at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
