Baseball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short

Robinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 6-2 to the Riverside Ram. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 16-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2018.

Robinson's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Riverside, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.

Coming up, Robinson will head out on the road to take on Charles J. Colgan at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverside, they will be playing at home against Osbourn Park at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday. The Ram's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 8.9 runs per game this season.
