Volleyball Recap: Rains Takes a Loss

Rains was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Canton Eagles. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9, 25-19.

Rains' loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Canton, they pushed their record up to 12-10 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Rains has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Carlisle on the 30th. As for Canton, they will take on Kaufman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
