Football Game Preview: Hartford Orioles vs. Homestead Highlanders + How To Watch

The Hartford Orioles will take on the Homestead Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Hartford blew West Bend West out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday West Bend West got their revenge. The Orioles fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 16-14. The game marked the Orioles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Homestead put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat West Bend East 56-14. Given the Highlanders' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked eighth, while the Suns are ranked 217th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hartford better keep an eye on Lee Zortman. He was instrumental in Homestead's win, rushing for 37 yards and one touchdown.

Homestead's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Hartford, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Hartford might still be hurting after the 28-8 defeat they got from Homestead when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Orioles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
