They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of South Kitsap. That's two games in a row now that Curtis have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Puyallup waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. Puyallup's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Curtis' loss dropped their record down to 7-3-1. As for Puyallup, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
