Mia Simon gave up the fewest walks she has since April 5th on Monday. She was dynamite, striking out nine batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Simon and Watchung Hills Regional will challenge Hunterdon Central at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Simon duked it out with the Red Devils (back in June of 2024), the Warriors came out on top by a score of 5-1. Will another strong game from Simon be enough to do it again?
